Your clients' data
Who owns it, who can see it, what you owe them
Last updated
Your clients trust YOU with their weight, their photos and their health goals. Systofit stores that for you. This is what that means in practice.
Who is responsible
- The data your clients give you is theirs. You decide what to collect and why; we store and process it on your behalf.
- You are the one who answers to your clients about it. If a client asks what you hold on them, or asks you to delete it, that request comes to you.
- We will help you answer it. Contact $supportEmail and we will get you what you need.
What you can see
- Only your own workspace. A person who trains with two coaches is two separate records, and neither of you can see the other.
- Your private notes on a client are yours alone. The client never sees them. That also means they are not a place for anything you would not want read out.
- Progress photos and health data are the most sensitive thing here. Do not export them, forward them, or put them anywhere outside the app without the client's clear agreement.
What we do
- We isolate every workspace at the database level, so one workspace cannot read another's rows even if our own code has a bug.
- We never sell your client list, and we never contact your clients to market anything.
- When a client deletes their account, we anonymise their personal details. Your payment records survive, because you are legally required to keep them.
If something leaks
If we become aware of a breach affecting your workspace, we will tell you without unnecessary delay and give you what you need to tell your clients.
