The agreement between you, the business, and us

By using Systofit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Systofit is — and is not

Systofit is software that a fitness business uses to run its coaching, bookings and messaging. The coaching, training, treatment or other service you receive is provided by THAT BUSINESS, not by Systofit.

We are not a party to your agreement with the business. We do not set their prices, their schedule, their plans or their refund terms, and we do not supervise the service they give you.

Health and safety

Systofit is not a medical service and nothing in the app is medical advice. Plans and guidance come from your coach, who is an independent professional.

Talk to a doctor before starting any exercise or diet programme, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell while exercising.

Payments

You pay the business directly. Systofit does not process, hold or refund your money, and does not act as a payment service.

Marking a payment as made in the app is a message to the business, not a transfer of funds. Your plan becomes active only when the business confirms it has received payment.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. The business relies on it to contact you.
• Your account is yours alone — do not share it.
• You are responsible for what happens through your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Systofit to harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to access another person's or another business's data.
• Do not interfere with or attempt to break the service.

Availability

We work to keep Systofit running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

Ending your use

You can stop using Systofit at any time and delete your account from the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that puts other people at risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Systofit is not liable for the service the business provides to you, for any injury arising from exercise or treatment, or for a dispute between you and the business about money.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
