Your workspace, your money, your responsibilities

These terms cover you as the OWNER of a workspace on Systofit — the coach, studio or therapist running the business. If you are also a client of another workspace, the member terms cover you there.

Plain version: you run your business, we run the software. Your clients pay you directly, we never touch that money, and the client list is yours.

What Systofit is, and is not

• We are software you rent. We are not your employer, your partner, or an agent acting for you.
• We are not a party to anything you agree with your clients. The coaching, the sessions and the results are between you and them.
• We do not provide medical, nutritional or fitness advice, and we do not check yours. You are responsible for the plans you publish and for holding whatever qualifications and insurance your work requires.

Money — read this one

Your clients pay YOU, directly. In this version that means your own UPI ID or QR code. The payment goes from their bank to yours and never passes through Systofit.

• We never hold, route, escrow or refund your customers' money. We cannot reverse a payment, because we never had it.
• What the app records is bookkeeping: a note that you said a payment arrived. Confirming a payment in the app does not move money — it records that money already moved.
• You are the merchant. Invoices, GST, income tax and any other filing are yours, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you record here.
• Separately, you may pay Systofit a subscription for the software. That is the only money that flows to us, and it is unrelated to what your clients pay you.

Your workspace

• You set your own prices, plans, services, slot times and capacity. We do not set them and we do not take a cut of them.
• You are responsible for what you publish — your business name, your descriptions, and anything you write to a client.
• Keep your own cancellation and refund terms clear to your clients. The app shows them your cutoff, not ours.

Suspension

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, is used for anything unlawful, or puts clients at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first. A suspended workspace becomes read-only rather than deleted, so your records survive.

Ending it

You can stop using Systofit whenever you like. Ask us at $supportEmail and we will export your client list, subscriptions and payment records for you. We keep what we are legally required to keep and no more.
